YBP’s Online Title Transfer is the Philippines’ first online system that allows its users to process land and condominium title transfer through the internet.

The whole process usually takes up to 90 business days after payment provided there are no issues with the documents submitted and barring any unforeseen events such as closure of government offices and other similar causes.

We will provide an estimate of the fees including the taxes, costs, out-of-pocket expenses, our service fee, and delivery fees. Our service fee schedule can be found in this link.

An order confirmation will be sent to your given email address. Please make sure that you pay within the deadline to avoid any penalties, surcharges, interests and other costs.

You may also deposit your payment to the bank accounts in case you don’t have access to online banking. For other payment methods, please contact us and we will figure out a solution.

Once we have approved your Order, we will ask you to choose from our available schedule to pick up the originals of the documents that we need for the title transfer.

Yes. Please note, however, that changing your scheduled appointment for pick up of documents may cause some delay in the processing of your documents as well as possible penalties, surcharges, interests, and other costs.

No. You may make an Order for as many titles as you want.

Your documents will be handled by our messengers or 2GO.

We will only release the your documents to your attorney-in-fact with a Special Power of Attorney and a valid government-issued ID (original).

You can log on to www.yourbroker.ph and click Check Order Status option. Enter your reference number to view the status of your requested document. You may also call our landline at (+63)2-7358-2491, Monday to Saturday from 8am to 5pm.

Under Republic Act 9646 or the Real Estate Service Act, one can only become a broker after graduating from a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Service and passed the board exams administered by the Professional Regulatory Commission.

You can be a referror, an agent-in-training, accredited agent, or an associate broker of YourBrokerPH. Just fill out our application form and one of our representatives will assist you become a member.

A referror is someone who gives sale or purchase referrals to YBPH.
An agent-in-training is someone who actively assists accredited agents or associate brokers of YBPH, but does not engage in the practice of real estate service.
An accredited agent is someone who is accredited by one of YBPH’s associate brokers and actively engages in real estate service.
An associate broker is a licensed real estate broker who works with YBPH.

Depending on your type of membership, you earn a commission or professional fee for every successful real estate transaction closed by YOURBROKERPH.

As a member of YBPH, you enjoy the following privileges:

Sure! You can start your membership as a referror. If you want to be more active you can upgrade your membership as an agent-in-training and later on become an accredited agent or a licensed broker.
